  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Address Accuracy & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an invalid address, the customer may be charged re-shipping fees.

Installment Orders

  • Orders placed using installment payments must be fully verified before shipping.

  • Any suspicious or fraudulent installment activity will result in cancellation and may be reported to our payment processor.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, ownership transfers to the customer.
